Lionel Morales

Lionel Morales has over a decade of experience in communications and outreach, currently serving as the Communications, Outreach and Marketing Manager at The Black Car Fund since April 2019. Prior to this role, Lionel held the position of Communications & External Affairs Specialist within the same organization. From December 2013 to April 2019, Lionel worked as the Director of Communications for the New York City Council, where responsibilities included coordinating media activities and acting as the spokesperson for Council Member Paul Vallone. Earlier in the career, Lionel served as Field Director for Vote Vallone 2013 and interned at Vallone & Vallone, LLP. Lionel is a graduate of Bronx High School of Science.
