Rosemarie Stevens (Wagner)

Rosemarie (Wagner) Stevens is an experienced claims professional with a strong background in worker's compensation and claims management. Currently serving as a Claims Adjuster at The Black Car Fund since March 2023, Rosemarie previously held positions at Sedgwick as a Claims Examiner and Gallagher Bassett as a Senior Resolution Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing New York accounts. With a career spanning over two decades, Rosemarie has developed expertise in initial investigations, compensability determinations, compliance with New York State Worker’s Compensation laws, medical decision-making, and legal negotiations through various roles, including Senior Claims Examiner at UMR Risk Management and multiple positions at Gallagher Bassett. Rosemarie holds an Associate's Degree in Medical Assisting from Bryant & Stratton College and graduated from Liverpool High School.
