Donald Ladd has extensive retail management experience, currently serving as Store Manager at The Black Dog Tavern, Co. since August 2017. Previously, Donald held the position of Assistant Store Manager and Visual Merchandiser at Eddie Bauer from May 2015 to January 2017, working closely with the Store Manager to meet various goals. Prior to that, Donald was a Floor Supervisor at Tommy Bahama from November 2008 to June 2015, responsible for store operations and team motivation. Donald’s career began at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC as a Front Desk Receptionist from September 2004 to November 2008, where responsibilities included client interaction, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks.
