Darreca Leftridge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, consulting, and executive leadership. Currently serving as Strategic Project Manager at DRL Enterprises since February 2021, Darreca leads cross-functional initiatives and manages the end-to-end project lifecycle. As Strategic Account Manager for Ebony Temple Lux Travel, Darreca specializes in providing luxury curated travel experiences. In the role of Chief Executive Officer at Establishing Success Consulting, Darreca guides employees in transitioning to entrepreneurship within a structured framework. Additionally, Darreca holds the position of Vice President for the San Diego Chapter of The Black Girl Social Club and serves as Chief Executive Officer at both Virgin Mary Hair Boutique and Deyès Kreyòl. Previous roles include Clinical Review Analyst and Audit Specialist at AMN Healthcare, along with various positions in brand ambassadorship and research analysis. Darreca holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University, a Small Business Administration certification, and an Associate's degree in Legal Professions and Studies.

The Black Girl Social Club
The Black Girl Social Club started with a Girls’ night. A group of 12 women came together to talk, eat, drink, and close out the year with affirmations right before New Year’s Eve 2019. After a night of healing, guided meditation, laughing, crying, and lots of new connections made, Carmen realized this was something women needed-more specifically Black women. They needed a space to feel seen, be heard, and not feel judged. They needed healing and personal development, through solid relationships and social activities. She wanted to recreate the feeling she felt that day, over and over again. That’s when The Black Girl Social Club was born. Carmen founded the Atlanta Chapter in 2019. She presided over this Chapter for about 6 months before her successors Kamesha Marshall and Courtni Hawkins stepped in. This Chapter is now known as The Founding Chapter. Shortly after, the Richmond, VA, District, Los Angeles, and New York Chapters were born. Our Mission… Is to create a safe space for Black women, and change the narrative about how Black women interact with one another. We are a modern day social club determined to bring back the art of face to face communication, away from our phones, and off of the internet. We’re tackling mental, physical, and emotional health as a community, while building amazing relationships. We are looking to fill a void for Black women in cities worldwide. Our mission is really quite simple-we want to impact the lives of Black women through social interaction, so that they might be happy, healthy and whole, and able to put that energy back into their communities.
