Jorge Gayle

Jorge Gayle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in negotiation, business coaching, and procurement operations. As a Negotiations Instructor and Coach at The Black Swan Group since February 2023, Jorge Gayle applies advanced negotiation strategies derived from international hostage negotiations to the business sector. In addition, Jorge serves as President of Glorious VIP Credit, a company focusing on business and personal coaching and credit development, since July 2018. Previously, Jorge spent nearly two decades at JetBlue Airways, where roles included Head of Procurement Operations and various supervisory and technical positions in operations and supply chain management. Jorge Gayle holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Thomas Edison State University.
