Sandy Hein

Sandy Hein is a negotiation instructor and coach at The Black Swan Group, with previous experience as a criminal justice teacher at Osbourn High School and a book author at Waldorf Publishing. Sandy also worked as a consultant at the Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center and as a faculty trainer at the Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Action Alliance. With a background as a detective at the Alexandria City Police Department, specializing in adult sex crimes and hostage negotiations, Sandy holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University.
