Cole Dixon is currently the Chief Operating Officer at The Black Tux, a formalwear rental company. Cole was previously with EAT Club, where they were responsible for the Southern California business, including full P&L ownership, of Los Angeles, Riverside and San Diego markets, totaling c. $50 million in top line annual revenue.

During their time with EAT Club, Cole located, secured and developed infrastructure systems necessary to support a 10x operational throughput increase over 24 months. Cole also built, managed and developed a team from 6 people to 60+ full time and part time employees.

Cole has contributed to commercial and product innovation in both supply and demand funnels to maximize top-line growth – while scaling by 20 x in volume. Cole has directly led all field operations including a 25 person sales & acquisition team, 5 customer service + compliance reps, and a 20 person repair/operations team. In addition, Cole has created sales strategies and execution plans for a scaling team and developed ongoing development programs and career progression models for team maximization.

Cole has also developed logistics processes and efficiency strategies, leveraging data and forecasting models, to maximize bottom line unit economics. Cole has fostered and maintained corporate partnerships with strategic impact, supporting the continual growth of the business. Cole is also a member of the Senior Leadership team, and actively involved in the development overall strategy of the business.

Cole Dixon received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from San Francisco State University in International Business. Cole then went on to study International Business at Regents University in London, UK. Finally, they completed their Associate's Degree in International Business from Marymount California University.

Their manager is Andrew Blackmon, CEO & Co-Founder. and Julie Eubank - VP, Technology reports to Cole Dixon. Cole Dixon works with Jaime Grabiec - VP, Showroom Experience, Carolyn Montgomery - VP, Talent & People, and Javier Fernandez - VP, Finance.
