Jonathan Valenzuela

Jonathan Valenzuela is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in warehouse management and strategic operations. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Operations at The Black Tux since March 2018, Jonathan oversees all strategic aspects of warehouse operations, driving efficiency through industrial engineering initiatives, and managing employee training and retention strategies. Previous roles include General Manager and Operations Manager at The Black Tux, where Jonathan focused on safety, process improvement, and operational excellence. Prior to that, Jonathan held the position of Warehouse Operations Manager at Stitch Fix, responsible for hiring and developing a large team, and began a career in retail as a salesperson at Nordstrom.
