Aimee Swan

Aimee Swan has extensive experience in senior living and healthcare management. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Wellness at The Blake by QSL Management. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President Wellness at MorningStar Senior Living from 2019 to 2020. Aimee also served as the Vice President of Resident Care at MorningStar Senior Living from 2019 to 2021. Aimee Swan has also worked as a LNHA-Senior Housing Consultant at Healthcare Consulting in 2019. Before that, they held leadership roles at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC., including Vice President of Resident Care from 2016 to 2018 and Regional Vice President from 2014 to 2016. In 2010, they were the Director of Operations at Healthcare Accounting Systems.

Aimee Swan attended the Lutheran School of Nursing from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse (RN).
