William Otis

William Otis, MBA has a diverse range of experience in the senior living industry. William has held various leadership roles in well-known companies. From 2010 to 2013, Otis served as an Assistant Executive Director at Morning Pointe Senior Living. William then progressed to become the Executive Director from 2013 to 2015, responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the facility. After that, they assumed the role of Senior Executive Director from 2015 to 2018, managing multiple communities and implementing sales, marketing, and training programs. In 2018, Otis joined Dominion Senior Living as the Director of Community Operations, where they supported a team of Regional Directors and provided operational feedback. In 2021, they were promoted to the Vice President of Operations, a role they held until 2023. Currently, Otis serves as the Vice President of Operations at The Blake by QSL Management.

William Otis, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Southern Adventist University, which they obtained from 2013-2015. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Health Science with a specialization in Long Term Care Administration/Management from the same university, from 2005 to 2010.
