Cortney S. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Cortney is currently the CEO at The Bliss Group, a company that specializes in providing full and impactful marketing strategies to clients in professional services, financial services, and healthcare sectors. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Partner and Owner of Bliss Integrated Communication, where they helped clients in regulated industries build their reputation and sales through PR, digital media, content marketing, and analytics. Cortney also served as the Professional Services Practice Leader and EVP, Head of NY Office at Bliss Integrated Communication. In this role, they were responsible for strategy development, client and campaign management, execution, and business development. Cortney also created and chaired the B2B Practice Group for the Worldcom Public Relations Group. Cortney has also held positions at NextTech Communications as the Chairwoman, The Next Practice as the Founder, Exponent Women as a Founding Member, Walsh Communications as a Senior Media Relations Specialist, New York Public Interest Research Group (NYPIRG) as a Project Coordinator, and State of Vermont in the Department of Environmental Conservation.

Cortney S. has a Master's degree in International Relations from New York University. Prior to that, Cortney earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & Environmental Studies from Saint Michael's College. Cortney also studied Cultural & Ecological Restoration in New Zealand at the School for International Training. Additionally, Cortney has pursued studies in Photography at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
