Serena Ho is a seasoned design professional currently serving as a Product Designer at The Block since September 2025. Prior to this role, Serena gained valuable experience as a UX/UI Designer at ChainSafe Systems from September 2021 to February 2025, and as a Visual & UX/UI Designer at RBC from September 2019 to September 2020.
