Callen Kusmik is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Operations Manager at Balance Point Heating and Air-Conditioning since May 2012, overseeing Sales, Operations, Service, Installation, Support, and Marketing while driving business growth through effective process development and strategic leadership. Additionally, Callen holds roles as Lead Business Coach and Business Coach at The Blue Collar Success Group, contributing expertise in operational efficiency and team development.
