Educational Support Team

The Educational Support Team at The Blue School is dedicated to fostering an inclusive learning environment by providing targeted assistance to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). This team, comprising specialists and teaching assistants, works collaboratively to implement tailored learning plans, support individual progress, and enhance overall academic performance, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive. Additionally, they coordinate extracurricular activities, such as PE events and design technology projects, to enrich the educational experience.
