Oscar Hinojosa

Oscar Hinojosa has extensive experience in various roles within the retail industry. Oscar most recently worked as the Director of Analytics at The Bluebird Group, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at 479 Sales & Marketing LLC, which was acquired by The Bluebird Group, from 2018 to 2022.

Before joining The Bluebird Group, Oscar worked as a Category Manager at Dr Pepper Snapple Group in 2017.

From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Director of Category Management at HandStands, leading the category management strategy and tactics for the company.

Oscar has also worked at Walmart for a significant portion of their career. Oscar started as a Buyer/Senior Buyer in 2001, responsible for over $1 billion in sales. Oscar later became a Senior Manager in HR Strategy & Communication, leading a team of project and communication managers. Prior to that, they served as an Executive Recruiter/Manager, overseeing recruitment for the Merchandising and Replenishment divisions.

Throughout their career, Oscar has demonstrated strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive sales and growth in various retail environments.

Oscar Hinojosa has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. Oscar also holds a Master's degree in Accounting/Tax from the same institution.
