Jon Peppiatt

Jon Peppiatt is an experienced consultant and facilitator currently working at The Growth House since September 2022. Holding the position of Non-Executive Global Chairman at The Blueprint since January 2022 and serving as the Founder of Pep Room Consulting since January 2021, Jon has a strong background in leadership. Jon has also been a Trustee at NABS since March 2019. Previously, Jon was Chairman at BBH London from April 2015 to December 2020, and held roles as Deputy Chairman as well as Head of Project Management/Resource Director from 1995 to 2015. Starting a career at CDP from 1986 to 1994 in various roles, Jon Peppiatt is an alumnus of Winchester College.
