Felipe Saenz is an experienced professional with a robust background in the automotive and commercial sectors. Currently serving as a Product Genius at The BMW Store since 2010, Felipe is certified in hybrid and micro-hybrid vehicles, focusing on product development, technical sales training, customer service, and vehicle delivery coordination. Previously, Felipe held managerial roles at Car Service, overseeing the establishment of service centers and implementing marketing campaigns, and at Hyundai Colombia Automotriz, where responsibilities included technical support for numerous dealerships, corporate client interaction, and product training initiatives. Earlier in the career at Conflores, Felipe developed new markets and managed production processes while ensuring quality and financial oversight.
