BOC South Pacific
Michelle Blume GAICD is the Head of Human Resources at BOC South Pacific, leading the HR team and overseeing a comprehensive range of services including Diversity, Talent Management, and Remuneration & Benefits since January 2007. As a Regional Executive Board Member, Michelle plays a critical role in strategic decision-making for BOC and Elgas. Previous positions include General Manager HR for Energy South Pacific, where responsibilities included being a senior business partner, and General Manager Remuneration and Systems, managing key HR functions. Additionally, Michelle serves as a Trustee Director on the BOC Super Trustee Board and has accumulated extensive HR experience starting from roles at BOC Ltd and BOC (New Zealand) in employee services and accounts management.
