Natasha Southwell

Natasha Southwell is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in internal and public communications, currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at BOC South Pacific since August 2025. Prior to this role, Natasha held various positions at CPB Contractors, including Senior Communications Advisor for the M6 Stage 1 Project, and previously served at Arup in multiple roles such as Public Affairs, Sponsorship and Awards Manager. Natasha also has experience as a Digital Producer at Ikabo and a Business Transformation Consultant at Squiz. Natasha's career began at Leighton Holdings Limited as the Manager of Web Communications.
