Jo Percival serves as the Global Brand Experience Director at The Body Shop since June 2018, overseeing the strategic direction of global store design, shop fit procurement, visual merchandising, brand retail experience, and customer care. Prior to this role, Jo held various senior positions at L'Oréal from September 2000 to May 2018, including Global Store Design & Visual Experience Director and Global Store Design Director for The Body Shop. Jo's earlier experience includes leadership roles in store design and visual merchandising at companies such as Sonae - Inventory, The Source (Interiors/homewares) Sears UK, and Habitat. Jo Percival holds a Master of Arts in Feminism and the Visual Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Philosophy from the University of Leeds, along with an Art Foundation degree from the Kent Institute of Art and Design.
