Kim T. is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Senior People Partner (HR / Employee Experience / Internal Communications Manager) for The Body Shop in the ANZ region since January 2023. Key responsibilities include delivering HR advice, enhancing employee engagement, managing performance cases, and overseeing talent acquisition for over 100 stores. Prior to this role, Kim spent over a decade at adidas, holding various leadership positions, such as Manager of Human Resources & Internal Communications and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition in the Pacific region.
