Katherine Hitch

Katherine Hitch is a Design Manager at The Boldt Company, having joined in July 2023, and previously served as Design Phase Manager at Mortenson from April 2018 to July 2023, where responsibilities included project leadership during the design phase with a focus on customer experience and successful construction operations. Prior to that, Katherine was Development Director at Continental Properties Company, Inc. from November 2015 to December 2017, overseeing project due diligence, site selection, and management of large-scale multi-family real estate developments. Katherine's career began at Steiner + Associates, managing tenant projects for national mixed-use developments, and also included roles as Lead Tenant Coordinator, collaborating with major retailers. Katherine's experience is complemented by a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
