Isabel Lopera-Kubacki

Isabel Lopera-Kubacki has extensive experience in executive recruitment and client development. Isabel began their career at Ajilon Finance Solutions as an Executive Recruiter in 2005, and later moved to Lucas Group as a Senior Executive Recruiter in 2009. From 2010 to 2021, they worked at a National Staffing Firm as an Executive Recruiter and Managing Director. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Recruitment & Client Development at The Bolton Group, where they lead a team of finance and accounting recruiters. Their expertise lies in direct hire and contract placement search services, focusing on the Southeast, Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and West Coast markets.
