Joe Cosentino

Joe Cosentino is an experienced professional in client development and recruitment, currently serving as the Director at The Bolton Group since August 2021, after holding the position of Manager in the same department. With a strong background in finance and accounting, Joe has previously worked as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Fulcrum Staffing, LLC, and held executive roles including Vice President of Institutional Consulting at NFP and Vice President, Financial Advisor at CAPTRUST Financial Advisors. Joe’s career also includes significant positions at The Newport Group and Putnam Investments, where key roles were related to retirement plan sales and 401(k) management. Joe served in the United States Air Force as a Senior Airman from 1987 to 1990 and holds a BA in Political Science/Economics from the University of Connecticut.
