Todd Birnberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and staffing, particularly in Finance, Accounting, and Procurement/Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain sectors. As the National Practice Lead for Finance & Accounting recruitment at The Bolton Group since March 2015, Todd has played a pivotal role in expanding recruiting services. Prior to this, Todd served as Managing Partner at Harris Andrew Search Partners, where traditional headhunting techniques were integrated with modern technology to secure top-tier candidates. With a background that includes a Director role at Denali Group and earlier positions at The Bolton Group and Basilone-Oliver Executive Search, Todd has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive business development and manage teams effectively. Todd began career as an Accounting Manager at Rothman's Tobacco, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University.
