Tanner Ellis

Tanner Ellis is an Integration/Production Engineer II (EIT) at The Boring Company since March 2023, where responsibilities include managing the production and integration of the stationary shell, a key component of tunneling machines. Previously, Tanner served as an Integration Engineer focused on manufacturing and integrating surface support systems at The Boring Company. Prior roles include Mechanical Equipment Engineer (EIT) at Honda of Canada Manufacturing, contributing to projects aimed at enhancing quality and safety. Tanner also held various leadership positions in Western Formula Racing, including Recruitment Lead and Steering Lead, where contributions involved CAD design and knowledge transfer for new recruits. Tanner's early career included internships at Honda and Conestoga Cold Storage, where engineering skills were applied in practical settings. Tanner holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Western University.
