Previously, Susan was the Manager of Business Development at American Express for over nine years, working on streamlining payment processes and improving productivity for companies. Prior to that, Susan was a Sales - Account Manager at Waste Management where Susan successfully developed and maintained customer relationships. Susan graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Auburn University at Montgomery.
