Ryan Depoppe

Ryan DePoppe is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Realtor and Co-Owner at LUMINATE Real Estate LLC since July 2017, Ryan has leveraged a partnership with Jon Franko to enhance client service through greater business flexibility. Ryan also owns 3Pulley, a unique marketing firm established in September 2013, focusing on innovative marketing strategies to stand out in a competitive market. Additionally, Ryan is a private investor and owner of LIVE OAK Real Estate Investments, a venture that originated from research conducted since 2007. Prior to these roles, Ryan co-founded the LUMINATE Real Estate Team at Carolina One Real Estate Services and served as a Detective at the Dorchester County Sheriff's Office for over 17 years, transitioning to part-time to focus on real estate. Ryan's earlier experience also includes consulting and management roles at CREATIVE Real Estate Services.
