Ryan Yocum

Ryan Yocum has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Ryan started their career at Golf Bets in 2015, where they developed a mobile application for android and iOS. Ryan also created and deployed the server and database that the application connects to. In the same year, they worked as a Full Stack Engineer at Nala Digital Solutions.

In 2016, Ryan joined The Bouqs Company as a Software Engineer. Ryan built and maintained multiple custom React/Redux web applications and worked on node.js and Scala backend systems. Ryan also handled code reviews and production deploys for multiple projects. Ryan utilized technologies such as JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, node.js, NGINX, MySQL, Scala, Kafka, Docker, CloudFront, S3, and SQS.

During their tenure at The Bouqs Company, Ryan progressed to the position of Lead Software Engineer in July 2019.
