Beverly Lania started their work experience in 1987 as a Sales Executive at Carter Mackay, where they worked until 1993. In 1995, they joined The Bowdoin Group, Inc. as a Principal, specializing in leadership and strategic roles for companies in various industries such as BioPharma, Digital Health, FinTech, and Software.
