Thomas Carey

Tom Carey is an accomplished professional with a robust background in leadership and governance across various sectors. As the Founder and Partner at Perspective Group LLC since January 2015, Carey has played a pivotal role in steering strategic initiatives. Currently, Carey serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Standard BioTools and is a Board Member for the American Cancer Society and SomaLogic. Additionally, Carey held the position of Chair at Vital Bio and has been involved with Exact Sciences as a Board Member. Prior experience includes significant roles at Spencer Stuart and Russell Reynolds Associates, culminating in a strong foundation in finance and management, evidenced by an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Physics from the College of the Holy Cross.
