The Food and Beverage team at The Bowery Hotel ensures exceptional dining experiences for guests by overseeing all aspects of restaurant and bar operations. This includes managing reservations and seating (Hostess), supervising service quality (Lobby Bar & Restaurant Manager), providing attentive table service (Busser), crafting high-quality beverages (Bartender), and overall direction and leadership of food and beverage services (F&B Director, GM Gemma).
