Rebecca Williams

Rebecca Williams is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human resources and educational support. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Coordinator at The Bowery Mission since November 2020, Rebecca previously held roles in talent management at Thinktown New York, where responsibilities included designing training procedures and collaborating on recruitment strategies. Additionally, Rebecca has a strong background in educational consulting, having guided international students through application processes and trained new employees. Earlier roles included directing volunteer literacy programs and providing tutoring in a residential camp setting focused on social disabilities. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hamilton College and furthered studies at Bangor University.
