Aaron Austad

Aaron Austad is an experienced Project Manager at The Boyer Company, overseeing the operation of a 1,128-acre industrial park in Ogden, Utah, since July 2006. Responsibilities include project management for new construction, tenant improvements, and infrastructure projects, along with managing property personnel and budgets. Previously, Aaron served as a Partner at Zions Securities Corporation from January 2004 to July 2006, where leasing contracts for a 221-unit apartment complex were managed, and marketing initiatives were developed. Aaron holds an M.B.A. from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Spanish from Weber State University.
