Matt Coulam Cpm

Matt Coulam, CPM, has extensive experience in property management, currently overseeing over 1.8 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial space in northern Utah and Idaho as a Property Manager at The Boyer Company since July 2006. Matt served as Past President of the Utah Chapter #33 of the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2015. Prior to that, Matt was a Property Manager for The Macerich Co., where responsibilities included assisting in the management of 1.1 million square feet of retail space at Paradise Valley Mall in Phoenix, AZ. Educationally, Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, earned between 2001 and 2005.
