Beth A. Hines

Chief Program Officer at The Bradley Center

Beth A. Hines has been with The Bradley Center since 2017. As the Chief Program Officer, Beth is responsible for overseeing all of the Education and RTF programs and ensuring that the programs are relevant, effective, and meet the ever-changing needs of those they serve. She also identifies opportunities for expansion and growth within The Bradley Center’s program offerings and provides mentoring, guidance, supervision, and professional development to the leadership staff.

Beth has over 30 years of experience working with children and families in the fields of mental health and education, both in direct practice and in leadership/administrative roles. She began her career as a direct service worker in a residential program and has since served in a wide variety of roles, including case manager, therapist, supervisor, director, and VP.

Beth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Grove City College and a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has also earned a certificate in Executive Coaching from the Center for Executive Coaching in Sarasota, FL. Beth volunteers as a Mentor/Coach at The Center for Women, a Pittsburgh organization that provides programming, services, and referrals for women in transition with the goal of helping them achieve financial literacy and economic independence.
