Kath has held various leadership roles in organizations such as HeartSparks, Nacro, and Samaritans, where Kath focused on people development and organizational effectiveness. With an extensive educational background that includes a PhD-level qualification in Occupational Psychology, Kath is well-equipped to drive positive change and growth within their current role.
