Simon Confino

Simon Confino has been working in the professional sphere since 1990. Simon began their career at Saatchi & Saatchi as an Account Director, then moved to TBWA London as a Board Account Director in 1992. In 1994, they Co-Founded Brainchild, a Brand DNA and Expression Consultancy. In 2010, they became an Organisational Consultant at Sheppard Moscow. In 2013, they became a Consultant and Executive Coach to Board Level at Bridge Partnership, where they worked with clients such as BAE Systems and Mondelez. In 2015, they became a Member of A Blueprint for Better Business and a Founder Director of We-Q Collaborative Intelligence Ltd. In 2019, they became the Principle of www.simonconfino.com.

Simon Confino's education history includes a BA in Political Science from the University of Essex (1979-1981), a Post Grad Diploma in Humanistic Psychology and Facilitation from the University of Surrey (1993-1995), a Foundation in Psychotherapy from Spectrum (2003-2004), a Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching (2010-2012), and an Eco-Psychology certification from Re-Vision (2014-2015). Simon also attended Latymer Upper School.
