Katie Gelfer is an experienced producer and event planner with a strong background in live event coordination and management. Currently serving as a Producer at The Brand Amp since October 2020, and as a Stage Manager for the Anaheim Ducks since September 2018, Katie excels in overseeing live elements, managing talent, and ensuring seamless execution of events. Previous roles include Lead Planner at Palm + Pine Events, Meeting Planner at Right Hand Events, and Project Manager at RTTI, where Katie developed and executed a range of corporate meetings and incentive events. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University, Katie combines extensive practical experience with a solid educational foundation in meetings and events operations.
