James Zimmerman

James Zimmerman is the current Chief Advancement Officer at The Branson School. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Institutional Advancement at Francis Parker School and Director of Development at Middlesex School. James has also been a Principal at Coughlin Zimmerman Associates and Director of Development at Cate School. With over 25 years of experience in the field, James Zimmerman has helped hundreds of universities and schools understand how to fundraising and engage with their communities. James is a powerful speaker and has been a spokesperson for many companies, conferences, and media outlets. James is an expert in their field and provides knowledge and insight into new products and enhancements for existing products.

James Zimmerman received a BA in Political Science from Bucknell University.

They work with David Hanson - Chief Financial & Operating Officer, Jenni Owen-Blackmon - Director of Communications & Marketing, and JuanCarlos Arauz - Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. James Zimmerman reports to Christina Mazzola, Head of School.
