Sophie Hays

Sophie Hays is a seasoned professional in alumni engagement and philanthropy, currently serving as the Director of Alumni Engagement and Philanthropy at The Branson School since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sophie held the position of Senior Advancement Officer at True Search from January 2022 to February 2023, and worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from February 2017 to December 2021 as the West Coast Fundraising & Relationship Manager for Cycle for Survival Events, having also served as the NYC Fundraising & Relationship Manager in the same initiative. Additional experience includes roles as a Multichannel Media Planner at SSCG Media Group, a Communications Planning Associate at Underscore Marketing LLC, and content development responsibilities for New York Makers Marketplace and Magazine. Sophie began their career with editorial internships at New York Magazine and Bon Appétit. Academic credentials include a B.A. in Art History and English from Hamilton College, complemented by studies in Art History and Italian at Temple University Rome.
