David Prager

David Prager is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in restructuring and bankruptcy practices. Currently a Principal and Co-Leader of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice at The Brattle Group since September 2023, David previously served as Managing Director and Head of US Restructuring at Kroll from May 2020 to September 2023, following a brief tenure at Duff & Phelps during its rebranding to Kroll. Prior to that, David held the position of Managing Director at Goldin Associates from March 2002 to May 2020, where innovative financial advisory services were provided to clients facing operational and financial challenges. David's early career includes roles as an Analyst at McManus & Miles and as a Financial Analyst at Guardsmark. David is a graduate of The Wharton School, where a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting was earned.
