Evan Cohen

Evan Cohen is the current Principal at The Brattle Group. Evan has over 20 years of experience in financial analysis and consulting. Prior to their current position, Mr. Cohen worked as a financial analyst for UBS and Cambridge Finance Partners. Evan has helped execute a variety of financing transactions, including $100 million acquisition of a regional homebuilder, $160 million sale of a building products distributor and several high yield debt offerings totaling $600 million. Evan has also performed financial modeling of complex transactions, typically tax shelters and tax-related disputes. Mr. Cohen has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Harvard University.

Evan Cohen began their educational career by obtaining a BA in Economics from Cornell University, where they graduated magna cum laude. Evan then went on to obtain an MBA in Financial Engineering from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Evan Cohen is also a Chartered Financial Analyst, having obtained certification from the CFA Institute.
