William P. Zarakas

William Zarakas is a Principal at The Brattle Group, specializing in economic, strategic, and regulatory matters in the energy, telecommunications, and media industries. William also heads Brattle’s retail energy practice. Prior to this, William served as Senior Vice President at PHB Hagler Bailly, Managing Director at Theodore Barry & Associates, and Economist at New York Power Authority and Ebasco Business Consulting Company. William holds a Master of Arts in Economics from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from SUNY Oneonta.
