Caitlin Schilkie is a seasoned professional in sales and business development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Sales Development and Senior Manager of Business Development at The Breakers Palm Beach since March 2010. Previously, Caitlin held a series of roles at Keratin Complex as a Sales Coordinator and at Northwest Savings Bank as an Executive Assistant. Additionally, experience includes working as an Independent Contractor in marketing and event planning for the Harford County Department of Community Services. Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a corporate concentration from Elon University between 2004 and 2008.
