Welsonne Renoir, MBA, has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in management roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Housekeeping at The Breakers Palm Beach since November 2010, Welsonne oversees housekeeping operations, ensuring adherence to property standards and participating in team member selection and development. Previous roles include serving as a Luggage Porter & Valet Runner, Guest Relations Coordinator, and Butler, along with experience at Hyatt Regency Orlando as an Event Concierge and as a Travel Industry Sales & Marketing intern at Visit Orlando. Welsonne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida, an MBA from Lynn University, and has studied abroad at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
