Tony Weeks is the current President & CEO of The Brenda Strafford Foundation. Tony has previously held the position of President & Chief Executive Officer at C.I.R.A / Centre for Innovation and Research in Aging from February 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that, they were the President & Chief Executive Officer at York Care Centre from February 2019 to February 2022. Tony Weeks has also been the President & Principal Consultant at BigLeap Advisory Services from August 2016 to January 2022.

Tony Weeks began their career in 1988 as a Manager at St. Joseph's Health Centre in Toronto. Tony then became the Director of Protective Services/Emergency Management at Kingston Health Sciences Centre in 2001. In 2009, they joined Alberta Health Services as Vice President of Provincial Supports & Centres of Expertise. Three years later, they became Vice President of Change Management & Performance at 3sHealth. In 2013, Tony Weeks was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of Brockville General Hospital, where they worked until 2016.

Tony Weeks obtained an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management with a focus in neuroscience for leadership. Tony also has a certificate in health facilities planning and design from Cornell University, as well as a masters certificate in executive leadership from the same institution. Finally, they also have a diploma in business management and administration from Granton.
