Donald Shaner Jr. is a New Product Development Engineer at The Brewer Company since November 2022. Previously, Donald held positions as a Design Engineer at Wisconsin Lifting Specialists, Inc. from July 2019 to January 2023, and as a Manufacturing Engineer at Gordon Aluminum Industries, Inc. from October 2017 to June 2019, where responsibilities included leading New Product Launches and managing continuous improvement projects. Donald also collaborated on a Senior Capstone Design Project at Michigan Technological University in 2017, working with a team to develop a product addressing safety concerns. Donald earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 2017.
