Arthur "Lex" also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at St. Mary's College of Maryland. Additionally, Arthur "Lex" holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Port Annapolis Marina, as well as being a Founding Board Member at Annapolis Waterfront and Sailing Center. Arthur "Lex" is a Board Member at the Anne Arundel Maritime Industry Advisory Board, Brendan Sailing, and was previously a Board Member at the National Sailing Hall of Fame. Arthur earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Washington and Lee University.
