Joan Renner

Joan Renner currently serves as the CFO of The Brick Companies, a position held since March 2001, where responsibilities include developing financial policies, safeguarding assets, and managing long-term debt and working capital. Previously, Joan was the President of CREWBaltimore, focusing on the professional advancement of women in commercial real estate, and held the position of VP of Finance at Development Resources, Inc., specializing in real estate development and property management. Early career experience includes working as a Senior Accountant at Beers + Cutler, providing accounting services for real estate firms. Joan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Mary Washington and a Master's degree in Taxation from George Mason University's Costello College of Business.
